Sniper Rifle M24M is produced in many modifications and are among the standard weapon of the US Army and many other armies and special forces around the world. M24 rifle started service in the US Army in 1988 when it replaced the M21 or M14 rifles. The weapon was developed from Remington rifle M700, from which it took the reloading mechanism, but it was also equipped with a robust barrel.
