The German brand Umarex is currently the official license holder from GLOCK Ges.m.b.H. As a result, these airsoft pistols are highly realistic replicas featuring authentic external engravings and all other markings.

The GHK Glock 17 Gen 5 MOS V2 is a modern gas-powered airsoft pistol with a blowback mechanism, manufactured by GHK under license from UMAREX and Glock. This is a new generation of the G17 Gen 5 MOS model, featuring several important design changes aimed at faster trigger response, smoother operation, more precise hop-up adjustment, and more stable gas delivery. The pistol is based on the real full-size Glock 17 Gen 5 MOS model and offers faithful detailing, including authentic licensed markings. The modern Gen 5 design is complemented by the MOS (Modular Optic System), which allows for the installation of a Red Dot using a compatible mounting plate. The mounting plate for a specific type of Red Dot is not included in the package and must be purchased separately.

This Cerakote version features an aluminum slide, a zinc alloy outer barrel, and a decorative MOS cover, all finished with a premium Cerakote coating. This is a modern ceramic coating with high resistance to abrasion, scratches, and general mechanical stress. It also gives the pistol a distinctive matte finish and a distinctly premium look.

The pistol utilizes a patented hammerless trigger mechanism, whose internal parts are made of steel. The absence of a traditional hammer means that no resistance is generated by cocking the hammer during slide movement. As a result, the slide can move more smoothly and with less mechanical resistance. For a pronounced blowback effect, the pistol is equipped with a 40 mm long one-piece cylinder with a piston, which provides sufficient gas volume for vigorous slide movement and significant recoil. For accurate shooting, an aluminum inner barrel with a diameter of 6.03 mm is used, which, together with the new TDC hop-up system, provides a solid foundation for precise and consistent shooting. The outer barrel is made of zinc alloy, and the slide is fitted with a decorative steel extractor. Slide operation is further facilitated by a ambidextrous steel slide stop, suitable for both right- and left-handed shooters.
